How to apply
Are you interested in studying in English at Jamk? Take the first step and read about the admission criteria, application times and other important information!
There are two application periods for Bachelor's degree programmes; rolling admission (14 Sep - 19 Nov 2026) and joint application (7 - 21 Jan 2027). In both cases, studies will begin in August 2027. With rolling admission, students are selected throughout the application period, so it’s advisable to apply early.
You should apply through Jamk’s rolling admission only if you are confident that the chosen degree programme is the one you truly want to study.
If you want to apply in joint applications of spring 2027 to other programmes as well or are unsure which degree programme you want to study, it is recommended that you apply to Jamk’s degree programmes in the joint application of spring 2027. Please note that that the student selection methods differ between the two application periods.

Open University Route, Spring application
Have you completed courses at Jamk Open UAS? Read more about applying as a degree student for Jamk's degree programmes conducted in English. Apply on 1 - 15 May 2026 by 3.00 p.m. Finnish time!
Transfer Students
A student of another Finnish university of applied sciences, wishing to finalise one's studies at Jamk may apply for transfer. Apply on 1 - 15 November 2025 by 3.00 p.m. Finnish time!
