The results are materials for SMEs: checklists, list of tips, a podcast series (13 episodes), webinars (6) and information presentations (4). 10 blog texts were published. The materials are available on the project's website: www.jamk.fi/virtualleaders.
The development path of virtual leadership for SMEs has been described.
The virtual leadership network was assembled, which has 15 meetings during the project. The material was made together with the members of the network. The topic was also discussed in the learning environment.
The virtual management development model for SMEs has been compiled and described in the final publication.
The article: Improving remote leadership: experiences of development work in central Finnish SMEs was presented in April 2023 at the 3UAS conference.
