In 2024, Jamk's revenue exceeded 80 million euros for the first time, placing Jamk among the top five universities of applied sciences in terms of revenue. The number of degrees awarded was also the highest ever.

The milestone of EUR 80 million exceeded – Jamk's turnover and number of degrees growing strongly

Jamk is now the fifth largest University of Applied Sciences in Finland in terms of turnover. The volume of RDI activities is the second highest in the Finnish UAS'. The number of degrees also rose in 2024 to highest in Jamk's history.

The popularity of English-language degree programmes continues. A total of approximately 18,000 applications were submitted to Jamk University of Applied Sciences. That is several dozen times more than the available study places.

Jamk University of Applied Sciences was the fourth most popular University of Applied Sciences in the second joint application round in spring 2024. The renewed leadership studies in master's degrees were well received.

Degree Programmes in Information and Communication Technology Received EUR-ACE Accreditations

The accreditation of Jamk's degree programme in Information and Communication Technology has been extended until 9 June 2029. The decision also covers the English-language implementation of the Information and Communication Technology degree programme.
