Student-sized City

In Jyväskylä every fourth person you meet is a student. Jyväskylä is a pocket-sized metropolis with a lively urban center, where you can easily get everywhere by walking, cycling, or on a bus. The wide variety of student housing makes it easy to find accommodation, and you won’t run out of hobby opportunities (Jyväskylä is known as Finland’s capital of sport).

It's diverse compared to other small cities in Finland. Safe and there are many student events as well. Easy to communicate with people. The nature all around the city makes it easier to relax as a student even after a long day.
