Accommodation in Jyväskylä

There are several options for accommodation in Jyväskylä of all price ranges.  Here are some we think you’ll enjoy:

Omena Hotel

Check hotel's www pages for current price and further information.

This is the least expensive optionwith a downtown location and is very close to the travel center (bus/train station). Since it’s centrally located there are many restaurants to choose from and it’s about a 15 minute walk to JAMKs main campus from their location.  It’s important to keep in mind that this hotel has no reception services. The rooms use a 4 digit pin code as a key to let you into the hotel and into your room.  Breakfast is offered through a partner restaurant and can be purchased in advance when you book the room.

Hotel Milton

This hotel is another good option. Unlike the Omena Hotel, Hotel Milton has reception services and the prices are very competitive. You can see more about the hotel from their web pages. It's also located downtown and close to the travel center (bus and trains).

Sokos Hotels

Check hotel's www pages for current price and further information. These hotels are a bit more expensive but they are also quite nice. There are two Sokos Hotels in Jyväskylä:

They are both close to the travel center and downtown though Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki is a bit further from the city center, it has lake views.

Other Options

If you’re feeling adventurous and you’d like to see other options for hotels in Jyväskylä, you can check out OTHER OPTIONS. If you do look at the other options, be sure to chose Jyväskylä and downtown unless you're willing to walk some distance or take a bus or taxi.
