Program for managers exposed to dynamic environments, who need to design/modify strategies at an ongoing basis, and face unexpected crisis requiring fast and high impact responses. The course will provide actionable tools for building “change-fireproof” teams, and to manage successfully transformational strategies.

Program Fee (according to participants amount)

12 to 15 participants (min. 12 participants) = 650 eur/participant
16 to 20 participants = 625 eur/participant
21 to 30 participants = 575 eur/participant
