Hackathons and Call for Innovations
The BioBoosters Hackathon is a turnkey service to solve business challenges and connect with new, innovative partners in a way that supports the bio‑circular economy and sustainable business. The innovation competition helps you find active players within a selected theme, gain fresh perspectives and find the right partner to solve your challenge.
By organising a hackathon or a call for innovations, you highlight your organisation’s active role in advancing the bioeconomy, circular economy, and innovation. It boosts your competitiveness and strengthens your brand and employer image.
40+
A hackathon is an innovation challenge designed to find new partners and fresh ideas for the challenge owner.
As the challenge owner, you define the content of the challenge, and we identify the most suitable solutions and potential partners to implement it.
We work with a network of research and educational organisations as well as innovative growth companies to identify the most suitable circular economy solutions for your needs.
Selected teams are supported by a multidisciplinary mentor group including representatives from your organisation and external experts. With this support, teams develop their ideas into solutions that best support your business needs.
The highlight of the innovation journey is a 1–2 day event, the hackathon. The fun and engaging event is usually organised at the client’s premises, but can also be arranged at another location, with hybrid or fully remote participation.
For the best experience, we recommend on-site event, as it enables participants, clients, and mentors to build new connections.
