Project description

Enhancing digital competency to enable participation
in digital society- project aims to develop digital services for rehabilitative
work. Another aim is to improve the digital skills of the long-term unemployed
and young people and adults out of the labor market in rehabilitative work,
also. As a result, this will promote their social inclusion and employment in
digital society.

Through the project the digital guidance skills of
professionals will strengthen, so that they can take clients with different ways
of learning in account. Cognitive accessibility of used digital materials and surroundings
will be considered to seek methods and strategies to make it easier for clients
to use them during services and as part of their daily tasks and duties. Digital
self-efficacy of the clients will strengthen, so that they will trust their
skills to manage their daily digital tasks and duties more and more individually.

During the project the clients will take part in groups of digital guidance,
where peers may help them in addition to group leader. 
Workshops are arranged for clients and professionals
together, where cognitive accessibility and suitable strategies and tools to succeed
in digital surroundings are the subjects of the workshop. When leading the goup of clients, t
he professionals will get support to their work and learning
through workshops, discussions and working together with project specialist.

Digital Method Package will be produced and published by the
end of the project.
