GeNEdu News - The first Train-the-Trainer programme of WP 2.2 in September 2020

The GeNEdu project's first Train-the-Traines programme workshop was organised in 14-18 Sept. 2020 in Beihua University in China.

Due to the exceptional situation caused by COVID19 the study programme for 30 Chinese trainers was organised mostly online. The project partners' experts from Jamk (Finland) and Tartu Health Care College (Estonia) participated remotely. In total there were 32 participants - 1 from Jamk, 1 from THCC, and 10 from each Chinese partner institution gathering at Beihua University.

Working Training Programme in „Capacity building of teachers based on competence and evidence based nursing education“ workshop contents were:

• Bases and principles for competence-based education
• Bases and principles for evidence based nursing education
• Student-centered teaching methods
• Basics of e-learning
• Assessment methods in competence-based education
