Open University Route
International Business Management, Master's Route Studies 1 (part-time studies)
Route studies are intended for those aiming to enter a degree programme. By completing Route Studies 1 and 2, you can apply to become a degree student at JAMK through the Open UAS route application without an entrance exam.
Objectives
During route studies 1 and 2, the goal is to complete at least 30 credits from the first year of degree studies. After this, it is possible to continue with second-year studies.
Prerequisites
As prior qualifications, you need a Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences (UAS) or equivalent competence. Applying to a Master's (UAS) programme through the open pathway does not remove the degree and work experience requirement.

Exclusively for Route Studies 1 students there will be Route studies 2 next spring, enrollment will be from 21 October to 3 November 2026.
Content: The route consists of the 1st year IBM studies. The ectures will be delivered at late afternoons during the week and on Saturdays. The implementation methods will be online or face-fo-face. Please see detailed study schedules by searching with the group code ZJAYBB26S1 at https://lukkarit.peppi.jamk.fi. NOTE! Courses that are entirely online may not have a schedule.
