· Evaluation of a client’s state of health and selection of evidence-based intervention/s
· Development of individualized care plan to meet client needs
· Implementation and reviewal of evidence- based interventions to diverse clients’ needs

Objectives
This course is intended to enable you to utilise essential skills and knowledge required within the advanced practice nursing domains that include competencies in health assessment and direct clinical care, professional leadership and operating in a workplace. The idea is that you offer direct care to patients and clients as an independent advanced practice nurse in assessing and implementing evidence based clinical interventions, work independently as part of a multiprofessional team and promote the role of advanced practicing nurse within a healthcare context.

Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, you can establish a clients health status by performing a holistic clinical examination using evidence-based approaches. Through autonomous decision making, you can draw valid conclusions concerning the state of health/illness of a client and utilize evidence-based decision-making concerning the individual situation of a patient. You can select ,implement and review appropriate interventions as part of a clients care plan. You can monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing outcomes and actively advocate for and participate in creating an organization that supports safe client care and collaborative practice. You can develop and renew patient oriented services by evaluating their sustainability and cost effectiveness. You can Utilise the opportunities of technology and digitalization and manage multidisciplinary teams while fostering effective communication and interaction culture of work communities.
