Rules of the GamePit draw

Organizer of the Draw 

Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, GamePit by Jamk Esports Team, Rajakatu 35, 40200 Jyväskylä

Campaign Period 

The campaign is valid from June 12th of 2025, to June 19th of 2025. The winner will be drawn on Monday, June 23rd of 2024, and will be notified personally. Participation in the Draw All those who:

• Have started following the GamePit by Jamk Instagram account @jamkgamepit
• Have commented on the draw post

Winner 

One (1) winner will be drawn in connection with the draw campaign on the platform Instagram. Employees of Jamk who are responsible for organizing this draw are not eligible to participate.

Prizes

The draw prize is 24 cans of Red Bull Original beverage. The value of the prize is 29.90€, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize winner does not respond to the contact within 10 business days, the organizer has the right to draw the prize again. The prize must be claimed by July 7th of 2025, from Rajakatu 35, 40200 Jyväskylä.

Jamk pays any statutory lottery taxes. The winner will be notified of the win by a private message. 

Other Notes 

Participants in the draw release social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) from responsibility. Red Bull is also not involved in the draw or competition arrangements. These channels do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the campaign in any way. 

Jamk reserves the right to disqualify individuals who have violated these rules or who are suspected of using dishonest means in participation. The winner of the draw releases the organizer from all responsibility and possible costs other than those mentioned here that may arise from participating in the contest or from receiving or using the prize. The organizer's liability towards the participants is limited to the amount and value of the prize in the draw.
