Find studies that are right for you
Opin.fi makes finding out about higher education institutions’ open studies easy. In this service, you can:
- Search for and compare studies: try the search function or use filters to narrow down the selection. Remotely or face to face, at your own pace or on schedule, credits or not? You decide.
- Find inspiration and enthusiasm: the ten themes of the service bring together the most interesting studies on topical issues. Find what you're looking for...or maybe something completely new!
- Find out about flexible learning opportunities: completing credits is not the only way of learning something new – why not try webinars or videos?
- View your prior studies and save new opportunities: as an identified user, you can also view your previous studies in the service, manage your interests and save your favourites if now is not the right time for you to enrol.
More than 30 higher education institutions have already joined in
In late 2025, more than 30 Finnish universities and universities of applied sciences already offer their open studies in the service, in Finnish, Swedish and English, with or without credits, and both as contact teaching and distance learning.
