Project description
For companies and organizations that want to be pioneers in the changes of today's society.
In the VIRTUOOSIT project, workplace partners planned and implemented a virtual co-development process. Based on these experiments, the project created a co-development model that allows workplaces to enhance their virtual co-development.
We stated that there are four keys to success in the co-development process
1. We use virtuality in a versatile way and learn the right operating methods.
2. We use skills more widely across organizational boundaries.
3. We build trust quickly and through active interaction.
4. We lead joint development, the facilitators take care of e.g. about equality.
