The main objective of the project is to strengthen the well-being of higher healthcare education educators, including digital well-being, and to enhance their green competences. This will be achieved through training and exchanges of expertise. In addition, the project aims to increase the capacity of higher education institutions by pooling educators' knowledge and creating new educational content. At the same time, it seeks to promote the physical and mental well-being of educators, students, and healthcare professionals through various activities and training programs. The implementation of the project consists of four work packages. The first focuses on project management, while the second involves exchanges of expertise and in-house training sessions. The third work package includes the development and piloting of educational outputs, such as a digital Guide for Educators, an elective Well-Being and Self-Care course with a digital component, and a habit-tracking application. The fourth work package is dedicated to multiplier events that will disseminate the project's results and best practices to a wider audience. The expected outcomes of the project are significant. Well-being, as well as digital and green competences, will be improved for 100 higher healthcare education educators, 100 students, 50 healthcare professionals, and 20 secondary vocational school teachers. Furthermore, the project will deliver a digital Guide for Educators, a Well-Being and Self-Care course with a digital component, a habit-tracking app, and guidelines for organizing eco-friendly campus events. Through these measures, the project will contribute to the development of healthcare education and the promotion of well-being on a broad scale.
