Student Services

Study affairs coordinators will help and support you during you studies. We help you, for example, with enrolments, study entitlement and matters related to graduation. In addition, you will receive different documentation, such as a certificate of studies and meal bonus card.

The Student Services are available on all campuses.

Book online guidance time

You can book an online guidance time for your Study Affairs Coordinator from Online Guidance for Student -service page. Choose a service according to your degree programme (Technology, Business or Health and Social Studies and Music), select your Study Affairs Coordinator and book an available time (duration 20 min). If you don't know, who is the Study Affairs Coordinator of your Degree Programme, please check it on this page under Student Services on Campuses.

Helpdesk

If you have JAMK user ID > via Helpdesk

  1. Press the button "Submit service request" and log in.
  2. Press "New ticket"
  3. Select the field of the category: Study Services - Opintopalvelut > Degree Students / Tutkinto-opiskelijat

If you cannot login to Jamk systems, please send your request via open contact form.

 

Secure email

You may send personal details or other confidential or delicate information or attachments to Jamk via secure email. These can be, for example, personal identification number, bank account number or health information.

The secure email is sent via the website to studentservices(at)jamk.fi.

Note. The email sent from Jamk's student email is already protected.

Opening Hours for Academic Year 2022-2023

Autumn Semester 2022

  • Weeks 31-32: Services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Week 33: Mon-Wed services at campuses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thu services closed due to Jamk's personnel day, Fri services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Weeks 34-36: Mon-Thu services at campuses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Fri services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Weeks 37-50: Tue-Thu at campuses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mon and Fri services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Weeks 42 and 51: Services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Week 52: Services closed

Spring Semester 2023

  • Weeks 1-2: Mon-Thu services at campuses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Fri services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Weeks 3-25: Tue-Thu at campuses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mon and Fri services by email or phone or by appointments
  • Weeks 9, 26-30: Services by email or phone or by appointments
