There are no plans to tighten the COVID-19 related restrictions for the start of the spring semester. The aim is to support the well-being of students and whole JAMK community.

Heikkilä has been granted the title of Docent (Associate Professor) in Clinical caring science at Åbo Academi University, Faculty of Education and Welfare Studies. The docentship is the first of its kind in Finland.
