International Lounge in Nordic Business Forum Live Stream 2016. Opportunity for international students to make contacts and join the seminar.

Hey you second or third year International student!
Do you need contacts with local companies and like to get inspired by speakers of the biggest Nordic business seminar?

The University of Jyväskylä and JAMK University of Applied Sciences are organizing an International Lounge during the Nordic Business Forum (NBF) Live Stream event in Paviljonki on October 6-7.

International Lounge is a hot spot where foreign degree students can offer their expertise to local companies, build up their networks and search for example a topic for their thesis etc.

We are offering a possibility for 30 international degree students per day to participate the event, hear interesting speakers live streamed from the main event and meet entrepreneurs during breaks of the NBF program. We will provide you (with) International Lounge business cards showing your key competences!

1. Think about your goal for the International Lounge. Are you looking for a future employer, project assignment or business partner?
2. Register yourself by leaving your information here (this information will be used to create your business card).
3. Join a briefing session in Paviljonki on Wednesday 5th October.
4. Bring the best of you to the event. Start networking and enjoying the show.

At the same time Paviljonki is hosting one of the biggest fairs of the year KoneAgria. You have access to this exhibition specialized in agricultural machinery and equipment as well when joining NBF.

Selection criteria: Order of registration, participation to preparation meeting on 5thOctober. We also make sure that selected students represent different study programs and nationalities. We’ll inform you about the selection results on 20th October latest. The tickets are booked for second year students or up.

International Week kokoaa Jyväskylän alueen  kansainvälistymiseen liittyvät tapahtumat samalle viikolle 4.-8.4.2016. Viikolla halutaan näkyvyyttä yritysten kansainvälistymiselle ja oppilaitosyhteistyölle tässä teemassa. ETENE! –hanke tuottaa viikkoon International Lounge konseptin opiskelijoiden ja yrittäjien törmäyttämiseksi sekä järjestää työpajan alumnitoiminnasta ja ETENE!-pilottiyritysten tapaamisen. ETENE on myös esillä kaupungintalon tilaisuudessa torstaina sekä viikon päättävässä TE-toimiston seminaarissa perjantaina.

Viikko-ohjelmassa luvassa mm. Day at Work -kv-taksvärkki, International Talent Keski-Suomi sekä Yrittäjyysilta.
