Location: Jamk University of Applied Sciences, Lutakko campus, Piippukatu 2, Jyväskylä. We meet at the main lobby of the building. 
Hosting Maarit Virolainen. 

• 11.30 – 12.30 Voluntary lunch (with own expense), Restaurant Cube. 
• 12.30 – 13.30: Emerging researchers' presentations about their ongoing research and topics they would like to share and discuss. Location: room D206, 2nd floor. 
• Coffee break (with own expense) 
• 14.00 – 16.30 Publishing in scientific journals in the field of VET. Introduction to VET research publishing journals (list of journals and webpages). Introduction to the article manuscript review process. 
  NJVET editors: discussion of experiences about submission.

18.30 Meet and greet

• At Jalo kitchen & lounge (Asemakatu 2, Jyväskylä / Original Sokos Hotel Alexandra). With own expense.
• An informal gathering for all participants arriving on Tuesday – a chance to meet colleagues and connect in a relaxed setting before the conference begins.

19.30 Social networking dinner at Harmooni restaurant 

Social and cultural programme are for an additional fee, registration before conference.
