Jamk University of Applied Sciences produces higher education as well as applied research and development work that supports working life and regional development. We are part of the European University E³UDRES². 

We study and develop contemporary phenomena related to professional learning through a multi-methodological and practice-oriented approach, together with our networks. We aim to strengthen education at vocational secondary and professional higher education so that it does not only reacts to changes but also anticipates and shapes the future.

The Jyväskylä Region is located in the middle of beautiful Lakeland Finland and it is known especially for its nature, culture and sauna experiences. Centrally located, the region is a great destination for our conference. Several airlines fly to Finland, for example, to Helsinki and Tampere. Connecting flights from Helsinki to Jyväskylä airport take an hour, and regular train and bus services complement the schedule. Transfers from the airport to train and bus stations are smooth with local transportation. Welcome to Jyväskylä!
