The opening of the business accelerator BioPaavo was celebrated in February 2020, and operations started in the former Nordea business premises located in the center of Saarijärvi. From August 2023, operations will continue in the facilities of the Institute of Bioeconomy located in Tarvaala, Saarijärvi.
