Behavioral Change Communication Specialist wanted for a part-time international consultant position

Jamk is leading a consortium that is preparing to tender for a development consultation project in the health sector in Turkmenistan financed by the Asian Development Bank. In anticipation of the upcoming invitation to tender, we are seeking a Behavioral Change Communication Specialist to join our pool of international experts. The effective working time will be altogether 3 person-months during 2026-2030 including visits in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. You should have a postgraduate degree in social sciences, communication, or other relevant discipline and around 10 years of international experience with country contexts similar to Turkmenistan.
