Student Services Request for Certified Copies

If you need for example a degree certificate, a copy of an archived thesis or course descriptions, you can request certified copies of documents stored at Jamk from Student Services.

The service request will be processed within seven (7) working days. Processing time doesn't include the mail delivery time. 

Payment and delivery

Please note that the copies are subject to a charge and must be paid in advance at Jamk Shop. Payment is made online.

The documents will be sent by mail and email (pdf, secure mail).

Available documents and prices

You can order and pay the documents or copies you need online at Jamk Shop.

  • Jamk University of Applied Sciences copy of the original Degree Certificate; includes Transcript of Records and Diploma Supplement (1 copy), 40 € (extra copies 10 € each)
  • Resending the electronic certificate including Transcript of Records and Diploma Supplement by secure email issued after 1.1.2023 by the Jamk University of Applied Sciences, 20 €
  • A paper copy of electronically signed certificate including Transcript of Records and Diploma Supplement issued after 1.1.2023 by the Jamk University of Applied Sciences, 40 €. Please note that the only official degree certificate is signed by the rector with a certificate from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
  • Copying of an archived thesis prepared by the student (paper/electronic). ( CEO's decision 101/2011, 11.5.2011) 100€
  • Course Description (Since 1995), 1-10 descriptions, 20 €
  • Course Description (Since 1995), 11–20 descriptions, 40 €
  • Course Description / Vocational Teacher Education (Study Guides since 1997), 1-10 descriptions, 20 €
