What is AIRe Platform

AIRe-Platform, under development at the Institute of Rehabilitation, is an AI platform solution and a simulation and development environment for digital rehabilitation, designed with the participation of industry, technology companies, end-users, and the Institute's multidisciplinary team of experts.

The AIRe-Platform platform will be built with key intelligences to enable the assessment of the rehabilitant's own functional capacity and the possibility to be directed to services through one clear rehabilitation pathway in a human-centred way, considering the rehabilitant's individual needs. The red thread in the development work is the idea of using new technologies to bring services together rather than traditional silos or fragmentation.

The underlying system of the AIRe-Platform is based on open source code, open interfaces and open data content. The system is designed to be functionally independent and easy to deploy, with interchangeability of technologies in use.
