Cuckoo is a wellness app featuring more than 400 micro-break exercise videos and mindfulness exercises designed by a physiotherapist to promote wellbeing.
Cuckoo has been researched to help change usage and make active micro-breaks a wellness-enhancing routine during the study day. Active use of Cuckoo:
- Has a positive effect on social, mental and physical coping
- Reduces musculoskeletal pain
- Reduces sick leaves by 2 days / person / year
- Reduces sitting and standing 30 min / day
- Enhances a sense of community
