Cooperation with the World of Work

At its best, cooperation with the world of work develops and serves the aims of all the parties involved in the cooperation. Our aim is to create various forms of cooperation, build new kinds of partnerships and cooperation networks, and create innovative learning environments, i.e. a new kind of cooperation culture and environments that it requires.

The task of the Teacher Education College is to recognise and develop the competences of individuals and organisations. This task is implemented in cooperation with the world of work and other actors that develop competences. The partners in promoting competences and learning include companies and other work organisations, various support organisations and associations, and representatives of various authorities and research organisations. People who are planning their studies or professional careers and those who already practise a profession are also important actors in this cooperation.
