Competent-Sys-Trainer: Development and implementatation of a competence-based management system for trainers in vocational education and training, to be integrated into existing human resource systems.

The project aims at a coherent and practical approach of identifying and developing the required competencies for CVET trainers and integrating this competency-based approach into existing HR systems. Project outcomes, we expect to develop and to implement for our target groups: - a framework for a competency-based modular system of training, - curricula of competency-based module design, - an HR competency-based management system, - management tools supporting the application of the HR competency-based management system. All this should lead to relevant improvement of current HR approaches: - competency-based (instead of profiles- and function-oriented) - differential (instead of generalised) - coherent and systematic (instead of eclectic), to the benefit of CVET trainers and related target groups.
