The Centre will harness the knowledge of the MOC network for the benefit of business leaders and policy makers in Finland. Executive training programs and consulting projects will provide world-class strategy formulation and implementation tools that are being applied and tested worldwide, and best-in-class cases of competitiveness will be shared.
There is empirical evidence that companies that operate in clusters are likely to perform better. Performance in clusters improves and innovation results when there is continuous dialogue between cluster members. The JAMK Centre for Competitiveness aims to stimulate such communication by raising issues of competitiveness in organized roundtables with experts from Finland and the world.
As part of this important global network, the JAMK Centre for Competitiveness will contribute to the internationalization of Finnish businesses and regional development agencies.
