Library Service Fees
The accepted means of payment at the JAMK libraries are cash, credit and bank cards, and Visa Electron.

Replacing items | |

The customer must replace a lost or damaged item with an equivalent one or must pay a compensation based on bookstore price. A video tape or DVD cannot be replaced with an equivalent item. If the item is not available, the following prices are in effect (9% VAT is included) |
