The Degree Programme in Music and Media Management which was formed with the assistance of a Socrates/Erasmus curriculum development project EDIM, in collaboration with INHOLLAND University Haarlem (The Netherlands) and Hedmark University College (Norway), offers state of the art music/media management education in an international environment and prepares students to excel and participate in an ever-changing world. The network also provides students with exchange placements, a vast amount of guest lectures between the EDIM partners, challenging internships, and diverse specialisation options during the latter part of the degrees. The programme offers also a unique double degree opportunity. The students are able to apply to the double degree programme which is executed with the INHOLLAND University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) and they will be awarded also a bachelor's degree in business administration. The exchange period for this will take place in Haarlem in Media & Entertainment Management Programme.
Content of Studies
The students understand the fusion of art and economics, as well as that of entertainment and management. They are able to identify various opportunities to combine managerial qualities with the empathy for artists and the creative industries. The students understand the various concepts related to the management activities and styles needed in organisations. They develop their knowledge of the opportunities for implementation and promotion within the music and media industries.
Intellectual Property Rights, project management and entrepreneurship are also at the core of our programme.

The studies apply general business and management concepts to the reality of multicultural business environments in the entertainment industries.
