Ms. Sharon Ballard served UCSD Connect as a industrial management fellow starting in 1996. She developed later Supercoach® Entrepreneurial Training programs, and had first coach training workshop in Scotland in 2001. Ms. Ballard has excuted about 20 training programs in Jyväskylä and had first coach training workshop in January 2003. EnableVentures Inc., the company of Ms. Ballard, owns the trademarks of these training curricula and materials.
