Who can be a Coach?
Our experience has shown that effective coaches can be found in the local community (although they do require effective training). The coaches can be Chamber of Commerce directors, professional services providers (lawyers, accountants, marketing and sales experts), bankers and investors, high school teachers, extension agents, retirees, experienced business people, or anyone else interested in the process of counseling and assisting local entrepreneurs and desires to contribute to their communities.

Why is This Significant?
- The efficiency of the program allows each coach and instructor to effectively and efficiently assist more numbers of new ventures to grow.
- Harvesting can take place only after plants have grown big enough. We just need to grow the plant so that it fruits. Supercoch® Entrepreneurial Training helps to grow them much faster and much stronger.
Supercoch® Entrepreneurial Training is widely used in innovation development in the USA, adopted also by national NCIIA (National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance). The program is carried out by name AI2V (Advanced Invention To Venture).
