Objectives
- Reinforcing know-how of the tourism and services branch in the project’s area of operation
- Enhancing the know-how of the School of Tourism and Services Management and collecting company knowledge for the continuous development of the branch
- Through the project activities, entrepreneurs and other actors in the branch will understand the importance of training and significance of continuous development
Target groups
- Entrepreneurs and staff of small and medium-sized companies in the tourism, accommodation and catering branch
- Students and staff of Jyväskylä and Vaasa Universities of Applied Sciences
Outputs
- A new action model between the companies and the universities of applied sciences, which develops the know-how of the companies and the students of the institutions
- Defining the educational needs of the branch
- Increase in motivation and interest in entrepreneurship among the students of the UAS
