Lutakko Living Lab – Designing Services with people

Lutakko Living Lab specialises in Service & Experience Design. Applying User-Centric Living Lab methodology, Lutakko Living Lab integrates learning and study environments into real life open RDI environments.

Situated in Jyväskylä City Centre, Lutakko City District has experienced a transformation from industrial district to a modern combination of learning, knowledge intensive business, ICT & events hub. Paviljonki Congress and Trade Fair Centre and leisure/ cultural events bring 500 000 visitors to Lutakko annually.

Lutakko Living Lab aims in co-creation of new services with end users. Our cases vary from business to social innovation using variety of service design methods. Lutakko Living Lab is a member of European network of Living Labs, under the name of HumanTech Living Lab (see http://www.openlivinglabs.eu/)
