Objectives
Identify and develop the competencies of trainers and integrate this competence-based approach into existing HR systems.

Deliveries
Analyse existing profiles, define competencies, develop training modules, implement modules, define a HR competence-based management system and integrate it into existing HR systems.
Results
A synthesis of the analysis of vocational teachers/trainers’ profiles, a descriptive set of competence units, a curriculum of competence-based module design and implementing and evaluating it and quality criteria for an HR competence-based management system.

EUR 877,400, of which 594,000 is from the EU / Leonardo da Vinci programme, the rest is the partners’ own funding, EU/ Leonardo da Vinci programme
