Influenza A(H1N1) raises discussion

Influenza A(H1N1) (swine influenza) raises discussion around the world at the present moment. The current announcements given by the National Institute for Health and Welfare (www.thl.fi) should be followed concerning it. Information concerning travelling and influenza can be followed on the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland at http://formin.finland.fi.

The students of JAMK who are studying or doing their practical training abroad should be in touch with the International Coordinator of their School or the International Affairs Office if they wish to come back to Finland earlier than planned.

The exchange students doing their exchange period at JAMK should also follow the instructions given by their home institutions. They should be in touch with the International Coordinator of the School or the International Affairs Office at JAMK and/or their home institution if they have any questions concerning the situation.
