The Master's Degree Programme in Logistics is intended for engineers who work in the managerial or design tasks of logistics or production and want to develop their expertise in logistics. Their motivation for studies is based on a genuine interest in developing personnel and organizations and in enhancing their own development competences and career progress.

Development as an expert in logistics will open the way to new challenging tasks and career progress. After completing the Master's degree, you can develop the logistics operations of the entire organization and actively generate new competence. You will develop your workplace, in addition to developing your own know-how.

In the master's thesis, an integral part of the degree, you will apply your expertise to the needs of your workplace through an extensive development plan or project, such as the thesis ”The rationalization of transport contracts in a company”.

Networking and the exchange of expertise with student colleagues is also a major benefit of the education. The Master's degree also provides you with eligibility for public offices or positions requiring a second-cycle degree.

Flexible Studies at the Weekend

The programme is implemented through multi-modal teaching (contact lessons, online learning and independent study). The contact periods are provided about once a month on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. The optimal completion time of the programme is two years. Based on the personal study plan, you can choose optional studies and orient your development assignment according to your own and/or your work community’s developmental needs.

Who Can Apply?

You can apply if you have a Bachelor's degree or other relevant higher education degree, and three years of work experience after the degree. The relevance of the degree is determined case-specifically.

If you have completed a vocational college diploma (technician) or a higher vocational diploma (engineer) before a relevant degree at a university of applied sciences, one year of work experience is required after the degree, provided that your relevant work experience totals three years.
