The Resit Examination
The primary place for resit examinations on the Main Campus (Rajakatu 35) is the Lecture Theatre (FP05). On the exam dates, you will find instructions e.g. outside the exam rooms, at the door of the Student Services and at the Info.
At the School of Health and Social Studies, the primary place for the resit examinations is Lecture Theatre Caritas. Additional facilities can also be used, if necessary. Information on the exam venue will be provided on the Info TV of the school on the day of the examination.
Further information on the exam venues of the other schools is provided by the Student Services of the schools.
Please arrive in time for the exam, preferably 10–15 minutes before it starts: that is when the participants are called in. You are only allowed to bring writing utensils and an identity card to the exam. Those allowed to have additional items in the exam, e.g. a calculator or notes, should have it marked on the envelope by the lecturer. Students can leave the exam room half an hour after the exam has started, at the earliest. The duration of the exam is the same as in the immediate course exam.
The identity of the participants is checked when they return their exams, so remember to bring your identity card.
The answers are written on official examination paper which has the label of JAMK on it. The official paper is available in the exam room, and you can take the necessary amount at the beginning of the exam. If you need more paper during the exam, please ask the supervisor.
Note! Some envelopes may contain a question sheet provided by the lecturer, which must be used.
