How to Apply for Exchange?

Application periods

Application session for Autumn semester 2010 is closed. Next application period for Spring semester 2011 is open between 15 September and 15 November 2010.

Application procedure

1. Fill in the Online Exchange Application form, including Learning Agreement by the application deadline. If possible use Firefox web browser when opening the online application form.
   NOTE! Any applications other than the electronic application of JAMK are not accepted.

2. Send your photo and a current Transcript of Records from your home institution scanned via email or by post by the application deadline. Transcript of Records is a list of courses you have completed at your home institution. If your home institution does not provide such document, please use the standard form. Without the Transcript of Records your application will not be processed.

3. Students applying to the Degree Programme of Music must also send a demo-CD by post by the application deadline.

Send the Transcript of Records  and in Music 
also the demo-CDs to:

4. Your application will be processed after the deadline of the application period. If your application is incomplete it will be sent back to you for filling in the required information. In case your application is approved you will be sent a letter of acceptance and practical information concerning the exchange period, arrival, accommodation etc.
