Registration for Courses
Course Descriptions
See the course offering and choose a course which interests you. By choosing "Aikataulu” or "Timetable" you can see detailed information on schedules, etc.
Fill in an Electronic Registration Form
Every course description page includes a link to an electronic registration form ("Ilmoittaudu koulutukseen"). Fill in the form and send it. You will get a message of successful registration - if not, try again! After the registration you will also be e-mailed a confirmation message.
If the number of students on a course is limited, the student places will be given based on registration order. Registration usually takes place 2-3 weeks before the courses start. Please check the deadlines!

In this case, send the registration form (.doc) as an attachment or send us the following information in the message:
- The name and time of the course
- Your name, whole identity number (for recording credits), profession, and basic education
- Your contact information: address, phone, e-mail
- Which study pass would you like to choose?
- The invoicing address, if not your own address
- Please mention if you are unemployed

Failing to attend the programme/ course is not considered cancellation.

Cancellation during the registration period: No cancellation charge

Cancellation after the registration period: Cancellation charge: 50% of the fee; maximum, however, 150 €

Cancellation after the course/programme has started (drop-out): Full fee

Cancellation due to illness: Please contact the Student Services Secretary and submit a medical certificate.

Participation in a programme/course is possible only if the fee has been paid.
In the Study Passes, “registration period” refers to the registration deadline for the first course that you register for.
