How to Apply for JAMK’s Master's Degree Programmes
Interested in New Business Development?
The objective of the master's degree programme is to further develop students key competences needed to continue his or her professional development.
Our graduates will design and implement new business development projects and execute management tasks in global contexts.
The programme can be completed in approximately one and a half years of full-time study through intensive periods from September to November and February to April. It is also possible to build a part-time study programme through a personalised study plan and complete the studies in 2,5 - 3 years.
Content of Studies
The programme’s components comprise studies in strategic management, new business development and research and development. Students are able to choose from various elective studies, eg. project management and strategic management accounting. Finally students are required to complete a master's thesis.
Our students will be able to work as initiators and implementers of development projects in working life, in new business planning and management tasks of companies targeting global growth, and as growth-oriented and innovative entrepreneurs in global markets.

Selection Criteria
The requirements for eligibility are a bachelor's level degree in the field of business and administration or other equivalent degree, and at least three years of relevant work experience after the bachelor's degree.

The master's degrees conducted in English have tuition for NON-EU/EEA-citizens. NON-EU/EEA-citizens have an opprtunity to apply for JAMK's scholarship. Read more
